By accessing or using heatherhagentrends.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products
All products sold on this Site are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for your order upon purchase. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the final product due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing.
All designs, logos, and creative content on the Site are the intellectual property of Heather Hagen Trends. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs is prohibited.

By placing an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm your order via email.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, email store@heatherhagentrends.com immediately with your order number.
5. Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks (15-25 business days), including production and transit time. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heather Hagen Trends and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) in question.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Heather Hagen Trends or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
